Had the old parts I needed. Very fast on filling and shipping my order. I will use them again if I need old or rare parts. FIVE STARS

(10 Aug 2015) From Don Hill:

I ordered wheel cylinders for my 1949 oldsmobile and shipping was good and price was fair HOWEVER they would not fit my Olds and I had to send them back. As of now I have not received credit for my return.

(7 Oct 2014) From Gene Schmidt:

I purchased a '59 Cadillac carb kit from these guys, the base gasket didn't fit and the needle valves didn't fit. My Cadillac factory manual shows a regular needle valve for my carb and my car has regular needle valves but they sent me valves that didn't have a needle but a rubber stopper. They say since I opened the package I can't return kit so I'm out $28.50 Their carb kits aren't correct !

(3 May 2012) From Greg Schmidt:

I bought a brakeline set for a 38 Buick that did not fit.All they do is send you stock off the shelf that any parts store sell. They say you get factory replacement lines but they were not the right length or diameter. They will not pay for return shipping. They lie about their exact fit sets.Do not buy from them

(10 Sep 2011) From Bill Ellifrits:

Purchased ocomplete brake line kit for a 1948 ply sedan.Received an assortment of lines in two different sizes and no line to r/f wheel.Questioned order and told i could purchase the lines in the proper size or they would send adapters to downsize the lines. They sent adapters fast!Still missing one long line.Be careful what you order and check all lines are there.

(17 Jun 2008) From Jim Scardina:

I bought an idler arm for a 73 chrysler imperial it did not fit the car when i sent it back for a refund i was told a 10% restocking charge but they charged me a 50% restocking fee of $45.00 what a ripoff

(4 Sep 2006) From Steve:

Had a very good experience with Jackson's. Great deal on ball joints.

From Roger:

Jackson's has lower cost sources and these people have stock and are very helpful. Ordered D 10 pads Thursday at 3.00 PM they were at garage Friday morning 9:00 am and on by 10. Anyway it is great to find vender who has the correct part and ships on time and the correct method.
