This 1931 7 Passenger Sedan was recently offered for sale in February of 2018.

Here's what the seller had to say about this early Imperial :

1931 Chrysler Imperial 4 Door Sedan Limousine

Truly Breathtaking 1931 Chrysler Imperial Limousine

$67,990

New to our Pleasanton showroom is this highly impressive 1931 Chrysler Imperial 4 Door Sedan Limousine with blue exterior paint, sensational chrome work and a grey cloth interior. You’ll find a 385 straight-8 engine under the hood along with a 3 speed manual transmission, along with several period-correct accessories to make this an extremely rare classic ride. This prestigious limo looks fantastic in person as well and it still drives nicely as well.

Appears Highly Original Inside & Out

The current owner informs us that this 1931 Chrysler Imperial Limousine has been in his collection since 1989 and he felt it was far too perfect just the way it was to consider a complete restoration. It shows nicely up close with a beautiful body and very high quality trim and paint work, plus the wheels and tires really make the exterior pop. With working suicide doors, the rear trunk & carrier, the extended tail lights and so many other period correct elements in place, this beauty is very easy to fall in love with. The ultra-plush rear interior seating is also super clean and this was clearly built as the Bentley of its day.

Additionally, this 1931 Chrysler has what appears to be a factory correct engine compartment but we have no way of telling if the original drivetrain is still in place. There is oxidizing on many of the accessories which only adds to the overall charm of this regal classic. What we can tell you is that this one drives nicely on the open road and gathers tons of attention from everyone it passes. This would make an outstanding parade vehicle if you’re looking for something special to enjoy on holidays.

(Webmonster's note - The seller refers to this Imperial as a Limousine, but this very nice Imperial does not have the glass divider between the front and rear seats, and also has the metal robe rail, these two items would be indicative of a 7 Passenger Sedan. Also, the original Transmission should be a 4-speed.)
