This 1937 Chrysler Imperial Custom Town Car was custom built by LeBaron for Mrs. Walter P. Chrysler.

It was last known to reside at the Eagle's Nest, former home of William K. Vanderbilt, in Centerport, New York.

This photo shows the (same?) car without the cover over the front drivers seat. Was this a detachable solid metal cover or are these two different versions of the Town Car? Notice the wheelcovers and the different drivers outer mirror and the missing 3rd front bumperette, compared to the photos above.
