We recently saw this rare unique Imperial Limousine for sale. Here's what the seller had to say about this car:

A beatifully restored 1946 Chysler Town Car Limousine. Originally built for John D. Rockefeller Jr. as stated by Kruse International. This a one of a kind classic automobile. It features a Derham built body from one of the greatest auto builders of the Era.

The car has straight 8 spit fire engine and has 3 speed hydromatic transmission. It features suicide doors that lead into a beautifully restored rear quarters complete with wood window trim, jump seats, divider window, double rear heaters and vanity mirrors at the rear. The driving compartment is completed with black leather seats and has a wonderfully put together dash and gauge assembly.

The car has had a complete engine and transmission restoration. As well all chrome and paint on the car is in pristine condition. The car has brand new 16" white wall tires that glide this car through the country side. As you can see from the pictures this car has been well kept and maintained.

This car also features a completely rebuilt running engine. The motor is mounted on a rolling stand as is fully operational. Every part on the spare motor is original and is interchangable with the car.
