The Sunshine Boys

Good comedy--a rare one worth watching even without the Imperial content--starring George Burns and Walter Matthau as aging Vaudevillians coming together to play their act one more time for a modern TV special.  Includes good shots of a 1973 Imperial.

Below are several still pictures from the movie.  In order to play, just click any of the pictures below--click on a small picture for a small (4 Meg) movie, or a large picture to view a larger, high quality clip suitable for viewing in "full-screen" mode; file size is 29 Meg. Matthau's nephew asks Burns about his trip in from Jersey.  "My daughter drove me in.  She has a car.  1973 Chrysler--the Imperial."  "Oh yes, it's a wonderful car," replies the nephew.  "Good car."

After a well-know scene in which Matthau torments George Burns by answering his 'Knock, knock, knock" with "enTEHR!" instead of the usual "Come in", Burns storms out of the building, calling Matthau a "crazy bedbug".  Burns' daughter is waiting in the 1973 Imperial, giving us a shot of the interior.
